How does it work?

	Currently Lounge Access Option is only available if you have signed up on Upgrade Travel Option for your flight with Vietnam Airlines.
If you have purchased Lounge Access with the Upgrade : If you are upgraded, you will automatically receive access to Business Lounge along with the Upgrade. If your Upgrade is not successful, your Lounge access price will be refunded back to you along with the Upgrade Price within 5 business days of your flight departure.
	You will be notified via email your status Upgrade usually 1-3 days but no later than 4 hours before the flight departure.

How can I buy LAo?

If you have purchased UTo, you will have access to Lounge access option.
Visit vietnamairlines.optiontown.com and select the Lounge Access tab.
Enter your booking details (PNR or booking reference, passenger last name and email) to retrieve your booking. If you don't have your PNR handy, use the 'Advanced Search' to retrieve your booking with your flight details.
Pay a small Sign-up price and a nominal LAo Price (You are applicable to purchase this if you have sign-up for UTo).
Review and make the payment.
You will be notified via email about your Lounge access status usually 1-3 days but no later than 4 hours before the flight departure. If you are not upgraded, your LAo price along with Upgrade Price for that flight will be automatically refunded to you within five business days after flight departure.
